Hazardous Waste is the first Saturday of each month April thru November between 7:30 AM and 1:00 PM. If on a holiday, please check the holiday schedule to see if we are open.

The Maine Environmental Depot | 424 River RD., Lewiston, ME (207) 786-7390

Open from May – October on the third Saturday of each month. Collection hours are 8:00 am to 11:45 am. You can bring household hazardous waste to the Lewiston Depot only and will be charged $45/unit one unit is up to 5 gallons of liquid waste; or 20 pounds of dry waste. A combination of liquid and dry waste (i.e. 2.5 gallons of liquid and 10 pounds of dry)”
