Recreational Marijuana Survey

We, as the Economic Development & Sustainability Committee (EDSC), are administering this survey to get an initial pulse on our community’s position. Thank you for participating in this survey and helping us get a better picture of what our residents think is best for our community.Click here to go to the survey.
If you would like a printed copy of the survey mailed to you please contact Draven at (207)829-3705 ext 208 (option 4) or email dwalker@northyarmouth.org
The survey will be available until May 31, 2020. It can be returned to the Town Office through regular mail at 10 Village Square Road, North Yarmouth, ME 04097 on or before May 31, 2020, or brought to the Town Office and dropped into the black drop box outside of the front door.
Not sure what to do with your bags? Reuse and recycle them if you can — some select retailers are still collecting plastic bags and films for recycling into new items. If they must be thrown away, rest assured that ecomaine’s waste-to-energy facility turns trash into renewable energy. How cool is that?
Between April 25th and June 6th, Maine's Spring Wild Turkey hunting season will be active.
During the hunting season, we recommend that anyone who is walking in the woods and parks strongly consider wearing blaze orange to help readily identify you when you are in the woods. Outfitting your dog with a blaze orange vest is also an excellent idea. Please be aware that hunters may utilize a variety of turkey calls to try and lure a wild turkey to their location. It is never advisable to go toward the sound of a turkey call to investigate. Be safe when you are out enjoying our town parks!
The Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife is requiring that all motorized watercraft have a valid registration.
