PML Introduces Two New Programs for Seniors

Let's Look Back: Remembering and Sharing Stories from the Past, on the  2nd Tuesday of each Month, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

In the community room of Westcustago Hall & North Yarmouth Community Center.

Remember when phones were actually dialed (or, better yet, when you shared a "party line"?). When Sunday dinner with family was a weekly event? When Elvis wore blue suede shoes?

Let's Look Back is a conversation about those times we remember in our early years, shared with people who remember them, too.

Facilitator Amy Hatch is eager to hear stories from people who were there, back when ... She is a licensed social worker and lives with her husband and son in Cumberland.

Teatime AudioStories: A Read-Aloud and Social Group for Seniors, on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays of each Month at 11 a.m.

In the community room of Westcustago Hall & North Yarmouth Community Center.

Bring some busy work or just bring yourself. Relax and listen to a short story or an essay read aloud by Kelly Greenlee, a librarian at Prince Memorial Library.

What a great way to spend an afternoon.
