The last day to Absentee Vote is this Friday, October 30th!

Since the Election is only one week away, we strongly urge you to stop by Town Office to pick up your ballot and to return it.

All ballots must be received by 8pm on Election Night, Tuesday, November 3rd!

Status of Your Absentee Ballot

Check the status of your absentee ballot request with the State of Maine's new online service!

You can see if your request was accepted, when your ballot is delivered, and when our office receives your completed ballot. It's a great way to have peace of mind with the absentee voting process.

We are only one week out from the Election, we strongly encourage you to return your ballot to the secure drop box located outside the front entrance of the Town Office. Your ballot can also be returned to the Town Clerk during office hours.

 

All absentee ballots must be received by 8pm on Election Night, Tuesday, November 3rd.

If you'd prefer to vote in person on Election Day, the polls will be open on Tuesday, November 3rd from 7am-8pm, in at the Wescustogo Hall &Community Center.  View a sample ballot here

The Town Office will be closed on Election Day and Wendnesday (11/4/2020) as all of our staff will be assisting with the election processes.

Residents can register to vote during Town Hall office hours or on Election Day!

You will need to bring the following with you to register to vote!

  • Proof of Identity (Included, but not limited to, a drivers license, state ID, passport, social security number, or any other government issued identification. Please view the Proof of Identity for Voting Purposes for a complete list.)
  • Proof of Residency if your Cumberland address is not listed on your form of ID. (Included, but not limited to, a vehicle registration, hunting/fishing license, utility bill, etc. Please view the Maine Voting Residence Fact Sheet for a complete list.)
