Resident Wellness Check Form
During storms, natural disasters, power outages, and/or public emergencies, the Fire Rescue Department has a list of individuals in town that may need or want to be checked in on.
During these emergencies the Fire Rescue Department will complete a door to door check or will make contact by telephone.
