REMINDER: It is against state law (Title 29-A § 2396) to place snow or slush on public ways. This includes plowing *across* public roads and streets.

During the last storm we noticed an increase in the number of private plows, tractors, and snowblowers pushing and throwing snow into public roads and streets.

To avoid making a donation not less than $25 nor more than $500, to the state violations bureau (Title 29-A §103), please do not blow, plow, or shovel snow into our streets and roads.

PS - Public Works will appreciate you cooperation as well.
