Kite Festival is set for Saturday, October 6

The second annual North Yarmouth Kite Festival is set for Saturday, October 6 in Old Town House Park on Route 9 (Hallowell Road).
Watch the pro’s fly really big kites!
The first flights begin at 11 am and will go on until 4. This year, radio-controlled aircraft have been added to the fun. Watch these fascinating models soar!
Kids can make their own kites at the event or bring their own. There will be lots of great food – including Toots Ice Cream – and back by popular demand, music from the Pan-Fried Steel Band.
