WINTER PARKING BANK Per the Roadway Ordinance, section 10, a Winter Parking Ban is in effect from October 15th to April 15th. Parking is prohibited on all public roads and ways during any snow/ice event. Any vehicles parked in violation of this ordinance may be towed at the owner's expense. | |

Santa’s Workshop Christmas Fair Saturday, November 19th 9am to 2pm North Yarmouth Congregational Church, 3 Gray RD Shop in a relaxed atmosphere for unique country crafts, hand-knitted items, jewelry, extra-sharp Cabot cheese from a wheel, cookie walk, baked goods, jam, candy, plants, greens, and wreaths. Bid on a variety of Silent Auction items. Frozen chicken and gravy pies, dough balls to make your homemade pies, and pints of gravy made right at the church will be for sale. Starting at 11am hot Chicken Pie Meals with all the fixings and Cream of Spinach Crabmeat Soup will be ready for takeout. Credit cards, cash, and checks are accepted. Handicapped accessible. Did you know that Skyline Farm has our very own blacksmith? We do! ...Well, sort of. Soma Metalwork has been using our blacksmith building to create some incredible pieces of kitchenware. Kieran will be having a sale of some of his stunning creations with a focus on bespoke kitchen knives, bar ware and more. He will also be showing visitors how he creates these pieces. Join us for a memorable day and pick up some unforgettable holiday gifts while you are at it.

Please Join the Cumberland Wood Bank SUNDAY, November 20th, 12 pm - 4 pm 46 Walnut Hill Parkway - North Yarmouth Weather Permitting we are trying to have another work day. The Cumberland Wood Bank is a volunteer-run community organization that provides heating assistance - firewood and other fuel sources - to those in need in Cumberland County, Maine. Help process wood for families in need in surrounding communities. All experience levels are welcome. Whether you can simply toss wood, use a wood splitter to split logs, or you have chainsaw experience, we have something you can help with. RSVP is encouraged, but not required!.

Casco Bay Trail Public Meeting December 5, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 pm Greely Center for the Arts, 303 Main Street, Cumberland The Casco Bay Trail Rail Use Advisory Council has been created to facilitate discussion, gather information, and provide advice to the Maine DOT commissioner regarding the future use of a currently unused rail corridor between Portland and Auburn. This public meeting is an opportunity for all interested parties to thoughtfully and thoroughly have their concerns and opinions concerning the future of the rail corridor heard and documented. All are encouraged to attend. |
