Celebration of Community for Wescustogo Hall & Community Center
The day will be filled with excitement and fun for all ages. A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will start the day events at 9:45 am in front of the new Wescustogo Hall & North Yarmouth Community Center. The day is jammed full of events, activities, music, and food into the early evening hours. Log onto the Town’s website www.northyarmouth.org and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) for more details.
Absentee Ballots are now available! You may request a ballot through the online service, call the Town Office for a verbal request at (207) 829-3705 or stop by Town Office to pick your ballots up. Absentee Voting is available during regular office hours, Monday 8am-6pm and Wednesday thru Thursday 8am-5pm. The LAST DAY to request an Absentee Ballot is Thursday, October 31, 2019. The Town of North Yarmouth, in partnership with the Bicycle and Pedestrian Coalition of Maine, Ransom Engineering, PACTS, Build Maine, the Maine DOT and the AARP, installed traffic calming measures on Route 115 in order to slow down traffic and improve pedestrian access on the roadway. Please share some thoughts about the project on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at the Wescustogo Hall and North Yarmouth Community Center. The public forum starts at 6:30pm.
