Absentee Ballots are available at the Town Office 30 days before an Election.

4 Easy Ways to Obtain Your Absentee Ballot:
  1. Online: 
  2. Telephone Request: Call the Clerk's Office at (207) 829-3705  to request your ballot be mailed to you! We must speak to the voter and not a family member. 
  3. In Person: Stop by Town Office to pick up ballots for yourself/immediate family members (spouse, child, parent, sister/brother) or vote your own ballot in person.
  4. By Mail: Download and complete the  Absentee Ballot Request form than mail it to the Clerk's Office.

After you receive and complete your ballot, you can drop them in the drop box located outside the front entrance of Town Office or you can mail them back. Check the status of your absentee ballot here! 

All Absentee Ballots must be received by 8pm on election day.
