Real Estate Taxes Due Monday, October 1, 2018

Fiscal Year 2018/2019 Tax Bills have been mailed out. The first half payment is due Monday, October 1, 2018.

If you have questions or concerns regarding your tax bill please contact the Assessor at (209) 829-3705 ext. 209 on Fridays between the hours of 8am and 4pm or email; assessor@northyarmouth.org

If you are interested in joining the Tax Club program which allows property owners to pay their property taxes in seven monthly payments. Deadline to apply is 10/4/2018. Contact Cheryl Trenoweth, Deputy Tax Collector at (207) 829-3705 or by email; cheryl@northyarmouth.org for more information.

You may make payments at the Town Office during office hours, online or mail your payments to Tax Collector, 10 Village Square RD., North Yarmouth, ME 04097.

Tax Bill CORRECTION!

The printed distribution on the 2019 tax bills was printed in error. The percentage should be as follows:

  • Town           26.20%
  • MSAD #51   70.56%
  • County          3.24%
